How do I know if a vintage item will fit me?
Vintage sizing often differs from modern standards. We provide detailed measurements in inches for every garment. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar item you already own for the most accurate fit.
What is the condition of your clothing?
Each piece is hand-selected and carefully inspected. We use a grading system from 'Deadstock' to 'Good Vintage Condition.' Any notable flaws like pinholes or minor fading are clearly documented in the product description and photos.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days domestically, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all Neon Vintage tags attached. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Are your items authentic vintage or reproductions?
We specialize exclusively in authentic vintage pieces, primarily from the 1970s through the early 2000s. We do not sell modern reproductions unless specifically labeled as a collaborative 're-issue' collection.
